SIAB, a showcase for African real estate developers in Brussels
Brussels, the European capital, opens its doors for the first edition of the African Real Estate Show scheduled to be held from June 25 to 27, 2026. The objective of this meeting is to highlight the dynamism of the African real estate market and offer a platform for dialogue and international cooperation. Yoann Apia, Web journalist at RTI info
Faced with the pressing need for housing production in large cities in Africa, a collective of professionals from the real estate sector set out to increase the visibility of the African market through the SIAB.
Over three days, visitors will be able to discover a wide range of projects: social housing, modern residences, high-end villas and commercial investments.
African developers will present their achievements while notaries, banks and financing experts will provide guarantees of transparency and reliability.
Beyond the stands, the show will stand out for its conferences and round tables, addressing essential themes such as sustainable urbanization, the digitalization of real estate services and public-private partnerships.
These exchanges with developers, investors, financial institutions and members of the African diaspora will highlight the strategic role of real estate in the economic and social development of the continent.
Furthermore, it should be noted that the Brussels 2026 SIA is not only a commercial exhibition but the path to a new dynamic where African ambitions and European capital meet to build the African cities of tomorrow. #RTIinfo
