Of the Diaspora Linked to Africa

Strong propensity to invest in Africa

Industrial data from the Benelux shows an economy strongly focused on services, but with an industry generating significant value, particularly in Belgium, which exports strongly to Europe and weakly to Africa. In Belgium, for example, industrial production value reached 195.1 billion euros in 2023.

The building and real estate industry is very dynamic.

In 2025, according to the Belgian magazine LPOST, 450,000 people of sub-Saharan origin live in Belgium, a large part in the city of Brussels (140,000). This diaspora, highly active in all sectors of activity, proves to be a valuable resource for African companies looking for partners and new business opportunities.
